We pulled it off.
It took the CJW SC 2012 team a year to prepare and make this happen. And it did, with flying colors. UP Journalism Club's flagship activity just took a step on a higher level.
Last March 29-April 3, 30 (+) people made history. With almost 250 participants, 14 clashing news rooms, a big time venue and a bunch of power speakers, the FIRST Campus Journalism Workshop Summer Camp
is truly a success.

With the theme: Project InformNation: troubleshooting issues of campus journalism, the team added a futuristic touch complete with futuristic characters and vocabulary.
Students and School paper advisers from different schools from Metro Manila (and beyond) grasped a clearer view of journalism fit for future writers and media practitioners through various workshops, talks, games and summits. Also, a call for the cease of media killings were raised through a candle lighting ceremony.
